There are more than 300 professionals working in our group in versatile positions such as sales, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, business development and support functions. The offices of our companies are located in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the USA. Boreo's companies are mainly small and medium-sized firms which operate eg. in technical trade, process industry, logistics, electronics and health technology.

Our companies are successful entrepreneurial companies, where the strong professionalism of the personnel is the result of long-term, committed work in the company. We apply a decentralized management model in our group. This means that the companies are run locally and each company fosters its own, local company culture. The group offers companies support for business development and tools for developing their own corporate culture and employee experience, e.g. in the form of an annual personnel survey. The group also systematically develops leadership capabilities through the Boreo Academy, in which all the group's key personnel participate.
